Important Medical Notice

Website content is general information and does not replace an in-person dental examination, diagnosis, professional advice or an individual treatment plan from a registered dental practitioner.

01

General Medical and Dental Information

Information published on this website is intended to help visitors understand Life Care Dental Center, its dentists, locations, appointment process and available categories of dental care. It is not a diagnosis and should not be used to select, delay, begin or stop treatment without a clinical assessment.

Dental symptoms can have different causes. A suitable treatment can only be recommended after a registered practitioner reviews the patient’s concern, medical history, examination findings and, where clinically required, diagnostic images.

No automatic dentist-patient relationship

Viewing this website, sending a WhatsApp message, calling the clinic or submitting an appointment request does not by itself establish a dentist-patient relationship.

02

Emergency Dental Care

Life Care Medical and Dental Center provides emergency dental treatment and telephone support 24 hours a day. For an urgent dental concern, call 0319 0161003. Availability of a particular dentist, clinic or procedure may depend on the nature of the emergency and the information provided during the call.

The website booking form, email and WhatsApp should not be relied upon for an immediate response or for a life-threatening medical emergency. For severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, breathing difficulty, major facial trauma or another life-threatening condition, call Rescue 1122 or attend the nearest hospital emergency department.

03

Appointment Requests and Attendance

Submitting the website booking form or sending a WhatsApp request does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after the clinic team contacts the patient and agrees on the clinic, dentist, date and time.

  • If you expect to arrive late, contact the clinic as soon as possible.
  • A late arrival may shorten the available consultation time or require rescheduling.
  • Life Care Dental Center does not charge a missed-appointment fee.
  • Emergency cases may affect clinic schedules and waiting times.
04

Consultation, Treatment and Follow-Up Fees

Treatment prices are not published on the website because the required procedure and its scope are determined after assessment. The initial OPD or routine dental consultation fee is PKR 500 and must be paid before the consultation begins.

After the first consultation, the patient will be informed of the proposed treatment, full fee and any applicable follow-up fee. Once the patient accepts the stated treatment plan, the agreed fee for that plan will not be changed. A different fee may apply only if the patient requests or consents to a revised or additional treatment plan.

General follow-ups related to an ongoing treatment plan do not carry a separate fee unless an exception or paid follow-up requirement was clearly explained during the first consultation.

05

Treatment Results, Testimonials and Website Images

Dental outcomes differ between patients because oral health, medical history, anatomy, treatment complexity, healing and aftercare are not identical. Descriptions, before-and-after examples and testimonials, if published, are not guarantees that another patient will receive the same result.

The website contains genuine clinic photographs as well as illustrative or AI-generated supporting images. An illustrative image may not depict the exact Life Care clinic, equipment, doctor, patient or treatment result. Such images are used to explain a topic or support page design and should not be treated as documentary evidence.

06

Children and Guardian Consent

A patient under 18 must attend with, or have valid consent from, a parent or legal guardian before examination or treatment. The clinic may request identification or further confirmation when needed to establish that the person providing consent is authorized to do so.

Emergency circumstances will be handled according to the patient’s immediate clinical needs and applicable professional and legal requirements in Pakistan.

07

External Platforms and Links

This website may link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, telephone services, social networks and other third-party platforms. Life Care Dental Center does not control the availability, security, privacy practices or content of those services. Opening an external link is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

A delay, failure or technical error in a booking form, message, map, telephone network or external platform does not constitute appointment confirmation or notice to the clinic.
